[WIP] Period: Pokemon Special Version

I've decided to take another crack at the "animation" thing after becoming inspired by the fourth opening of FullMetal Alchemist: Brotherhood and I'm also going to take a slightly different approach at it. I'll spare the details (since no one cares anyway) but to put it bluntly It'll be a type of tracing to ensure the art is both consistent and accurate and I'll hopefully be able to learn from this so that I can later produce completely original animations with my own art.
Currently, the art for this part of the animation was taken directly from the manga and then colored and animated by myself and the logo was taken from the Chuang Yi dub of the manga and then modified by myself with a Pokemon font.

Trying to figure out what I think of the timing.... I almost feel like I need to figure out something to be going on in the background during the fade and I think I'm also going to try to add some kind of "shimmer" to the logo at the end there before moving on to when the lyrics actually start......
